Lulu Edge is proud to present this month's Illustrator of the month: Nikhila Anil, illustrator of Buddha Bear.
Meet Nikhila Anil

I’m so happy to be part of the wonderful story of Buddha Bear, which is essential in today’s world filled with such uncertainty. Humans can be reminded of the little joys that the world has to offer. I loved this project and exercised some new artistic techniques I had not tried before, which was exciting. I also loved the introduction of culture into the story which allowed me to learn about a new culture and apply it to my art. I felt like I was living the story with the main character, Buddha Bear, and was happy that there was a happy ending for him. I think this story shares good lessons for both children and adults. I look forward to more collaborations with Lulu Edge.

So, when years pass and Buddha Bear journeys far away to lead a powerful and wealthy life, he expects to be happy. Yet the bear discovers he had been richer than he ever realized.
